Best-site-host.com Ripoff Internet website scams

As I am totally enept at marketing, I was looking for something that would let me purchase a site and for a weekly, monthly or whatever fee, would take care of marketing and hosting for me. Anyways, I found this report and other scamming complaints too late.

From Best-site-host.com, I did not like their 90 day waiting period so I specifically emailed Janice at their 24hour-help.com address and I was very specific in my questions, once I buy this site, I WILL BE ABLE to change payout terms, delivery method etcs... I told her I wanted to make sure there would be no misunderstanding.

Well, guess what! Once I bought and paid the 600.00 for the site, the requested changes were never made and to this date still have not be made. Response to my first inquiry was she needed a copy of the transaction. Fine, so I sent her a copy.
Then nothing. Response to my second inquiry was that "Your request has been submitted"... Response to my third inquiry was "Your request has been submitted".

Submitted? To whom? What is the contact information?
No response... Sent an email to the address I looked up from the IP, No Response...

BTW, if contacting this company and asking them to please honor their claims as advertised or will have no alternative but to file a complaint to resolve the matter can be construed as "blackmail".. Then creditors sending out bills and requesting payment OR they will refer you to a collection agency can also be construed as "blackmail".

I have found that there are quite a few people who have been taken in for whatever reason (desperation, ignorance...) by this company. WHY are they still allowed to operate? And WHY has there been no OBVIOUS investigation so that consumers do not feel like we are beating put heads against the wall?
