I'm truly amazed at how these Con-artist stay in business

My God, I've always known I was Special, and now some very Rich, Important People know it too. They are inviting me to join their Secret Society, For Free. All I need to do is respond by today July 8. You see, I have these Amazing Special talents, they've been watching me, they know what I want, Money, Power, Good Health, Beauty, Everlasting Love, Peace of Mind. People! I'm not crazy, just out of curiosity I figured What the Hell... After all It's Absolutely Free.

So I faxed my response back. July 18 I received my copy of The Nouveau Tech Society from the Desk of Sean Mc Dermott, congratulating me for being selected. Within this booklet lies a secret message, if I uncover it I will come upon wealth and riches, if I don't discover the secret, I will absorb it when I read the booklet. All I have to do is read the five stories about money and love and in two weeks three very good things will happen to me involving money, power and love. My life will change dramatically for the better.

Then it goes on to say that the The Nouveau Tech Discovery (second installment, 1000 page book which by the way cost 139.95) itself spells out the secret to you piece by piece. You don't even need to read the whole thing, because the Bold headings throughout it carry secret meaning and nearly decode it.

If the Secret is hidden in the booklet I've already received for free, and I don't need to find the secret because I will absorb it as I read the stories anyway, then Why do I need to pay $139.95 for another 1000 page book (that doesn't have to be read) that will just, "nearly decode" the secret that I've already absorbed. People! I may not be The Sharpest Knife in the Drawer, but I'm $139.95 richer already.
