Ripoff trying to get a quick $20.00, I dont think so

I opened the mail today and read that I had won $3,341, 006.00, but I was to pay $20.00 to get it, I dont think so. I was the only person out of four who has not collected their money. If the following people 1. Kenneth Donaldson, WA 2. Margaret Wilson, TX 3. Gloria Pantalone, VA have all collected there money and if so please share with the rest of us how you did it, so we can share the wealth as well. I cotacted the Chamber of Commerace in Las Vegas and the BB of Las Vegas.
