Ripoff, untrue, don't send money keep your money

I received a letter from this company saying that i've won about $3million and i was the only one that didn't collect. But in order for them to release the money and reports, i have to send them $20. That was the warning bell, and i haven't heard of this company before, i didn't think it was legit. So i decided to check them out on the web and confirmed my doubts.
