Ripoff

Like others, when they were called for cancellation the second time they had my email and first name. But they didn't have my husbands name first and last or his physical address but he did make the call and they then got this info from him. So that being said, they got it all from the internet databases somewhere as to my/husbands phone number and there they just add them on our bill. Last month they where called and didn't ask for personal information but this time they did. Now at this time there were no contracts provided email or USPS either. We were not even given information about there services or anything else, email or USPS.
So this leads us to believe they are billing unknown to us a service we didn't even get or know about.
