Ripoff scam

I was signing my son up for martial arts he is 8. It was supposed to be a 30 day free trial and half off of 250.00 so i give them a check for 125.00 Now he is talking to my son and showing him a few moves then he says the program is 97.22 a month and how do i want to pay for that i thought about it for an min and give them my credit number well the guy is asking my son a lot of questions like his age what hobbies he likes and what sports he plays how he likes school and writing all this down and has me sign that. Then he flips open a book and has all the supplies he will need another 350.00 how did i want to pay for that said i have to go talk to his dad so i leave well come to find out the one paper i signed was a contract he made me believe it was just i was giving the ok for my debit card to be debited so i go back the next day to cancel and get my check back he told me that it has allready been sent in and gave me an 1800# to call so i did and not a problem well a few days later

They cashed my 125.00 check i call and asked why they said that it was not refundable inrollement fee and i signed the paper i said no i did not he said ya the paper with all the questions that he had asked my 8 year old son. Well he so tricked me and my 8 year old laughed at me when i told him i was going to call the local news and better business bureau and a layor he said go right ahead my word against yours so everyone stay away from this company
