Ripoff hijacked modem internet fraud spyware

I received a charge on my Qwest bill (June 7th) in the amount of $150.00 from Integretel 900 serv. This charge was for 2 "calls" placed from my home on May 17th, and May 18th. This charge is actually a result from spyware that infested my computer (called INSTANT ACCESS and also calls itself ACCESS CONTROL). The spyware hijacked my modem and called the numbers without my knowledge or consent. I became aware of the spyware on my computer, and started doing research on trying to remove it and came accross threads from other people with similar issues.
I called Integretel, and after 45 minutes, they agreed to block my number from their "service" as well as refund me 100% of the charge. However, they said it would take up to 2 months so I really dont know for sure that they have actually taken care of their end.
I am absolutely infuriated by this deceptive means of using my phone line for unauthorized calls. It is more than an invasion of my privacy - it is theft. Someone coming into my home and using my telephone. It has to be stopped!
I saw there are multiple lawsuits against this company and thousands of people who have been affected by this scam. While I was able to catch this on my phone bill, I have to wonder how many people or businesses might miss a charge or 2 and actually pay this company. This is absolutely criminal.
My resolve is simply that my voice be heard and go on record with the FCC, the BBB, and whoever else I can get to listen that Integretel is virtually breaking into our home (via the internet) and stealing from us (by placing 900 numbers through their "software"). They make it impossible to remove the spyware from the computer because it embeds itself into the memory of the computer. They waste peoples time and money, and are an all around terrible company who I hope never to have the displeasure of coming across again.
