JD Marvel ripoffs duped me of an earful

In December of I ordered the ear amp from Jd Marvel Products. I promptly sent a check which cleared the bank in 4 days flat. Exactly 6 weeks later I called to find out about my order. The lady informed me they were on back order and would ship them out the first of the following week. Its been a month now and I think I deserve an explaination and my money back, Not more excuses. After going online I find out that this company is famous for rip offs. How are they managing to keep getting away with this?
