Dave Perotti aka Muscle baseball aka Baseball MD sent me a signed contract promising all the rights to New Jersey by entering a 'joint venture." After he cashed my check absolutely nothing happened. I demanded my money back and for the last 4 months he has promised to return my money via voice and e-mail. Nothing. I am aware that he has also scammed others who have already filed charges against him. I also have filed charges and will follow this to the end until he pays me or ends up in jail.
