I loaned Fowler a few hundred a couple of years ago when he was destitute and he never paid me back, despite reliable information I received that he was high-rolling it at strip bars. It seems he was flush from cash he was pocketing from a due diligence fee scam.

I now hear from this same source—a long time acquaintance of his (and a personal friend of mine) that Fowler has just been arrested in Atlanta and is to be transported to Florida to face charges there. My source also tells me that his apartment was so filled with dog feces and urine that the place has to be totally guted to make it rentable. What's more the neighbors have been up in arms over the pungent smell emanating from the place.

The poor neglected and rather infected dog has been taken away by the county
