Manager gary matildski non-payment for goods delivered won't pay, won't return goods ripoff

At the beginning of February, ALL FOUNTAIN BEVERAGE ordered some Quaffer drinking glasses (4 cases) from me to be shipped C.O.D. From UPS. The delivery was signed for by Gary Matildski and a check was given to the UPS driver.

The next day, Mr. Matildski stopped payment on the check he'd issued. He also stopped taking any phonecalls from me. Last month (April) I was finally able to reach someone on their business phone. I talked to a girl named Kelly, and she informed me that Mr. Matildski did indeed stop payment on the check. He thought that our glasses were not what he wanted and he wanted to back out of the deal (I'm finding this out 2 months after the initial delivery). That's fine. The problem is that All Fountain Beverage never returned the product to us. And since no one is taking any of my phonecalls at all now, I am led to believe that this company stole our merchandise outright.

Do not do business with ALL FOUNTAIN BEVERAGE of Cocoa, Florida. They know only deceptive business practices and should be avoided at all costs.
