Back in June of I recieved a credit card offer with the purchase of a medical program. Six weeks later, I recieved a packet of ads with a credit card application -with a processing fee - and absolutely no medical program benefits. I have reported them to the BBB as well as the Department of Consumer Affairs and have been fighting with them ever since. They have made countless false allegations about attempts on their part to right this situation.
In reality, all they have done is delay the refund process for nearly a year. I have done my research on this company and I am by far the only person this company has taken advantage of. To describe this pratice in a single word would be: SCAM.
In addition, I fully intend to pursue this matter.
