Ripoff how to cancel and get $ back

I saw an unauthorzed payment on my account for $10 and started an internet search for the company. When you go to the web-site you can have your password e-mailed to you, mine was something off the wall. Then log-in and you will find a way to cancel. I had to look around a bit to find it. If they have just recently charged your account they will automatically issue a refund. Check out the WLI Shopper Discounts as well. They do the same thing. I was being charged for both.
