Ripoff, check written to VersaTalk, Account Overdrawn

I just check my account and was told that there was a check written for 49.95 to versatalk. We for one know we didnt write the check because we were already 40 dollars overdrawn on the account but now it says 119.23 overdrawn we never even got a call or anything from these people do not know how they got the information.
