Ripoff scam in the Philippines Registered In

Beware of this Vernon Sullivan guy. He is running a scam from Ormoc City in the Philippines. He was previously located on Samar island. He is claiming to be digging for gold buried since WWII by the Japanese army. It is called "Yamashita treasure". He has taken tons of money from investors here and has never paid them back one dime. He has all sorts of excuses for years now about why he always fails.

He does not have the proper detection devices required, but claims to have them.in addition, we believe that he is sending funds back to the states to support his parents to live on TAX FREE income derived from fraudelant business practices there, thus evading paying taxes to the IRS.

We have many e-mails, or 'investor updates' that show his blatant lies once you compare them over the months. We also have informants in the Philippines that have verified that his claims or nothing but lies and a tale of tall stories.
