Dishonest & fraudulent billing that I won a cash prize RIPOFF

I received a letter from Comsumer Award Advisory Service stating that I won $728,577 dollars as a prize award. I was given a prize number 23097612.

I was given seven days to reply and was asked to send a check for $21.95 for processing, postage and handling.

The lack of a phone number, fax or web address made me suspect something. I decided to check this out on the internet. Found this web site to confirm my fear that this was a fraud.
