CompuPlus Benefits - CCR - Customer Care Relations
Ripoff scam for those with bad credit who makes your credit & life worst

Education & Science

On March 25 around 4:00pm, I was called on my residential phone by a blocked number. I answered the phone, and the representative explained that I had applied for a credit card, which I had, and that I had been approved for a Mastercard with a spending limit of $2500.

The credit card was to obtain a 0% APR for a selective time. I was also offered a free computer offer, which I declined. I was told that to start anything, I would have to pay a one-time fee of approx. $349 and in 6-21 days, I would receive the credit card. I was told that if I called before April 1, no money would be debited from my account.

I called the supplied number, which was not legit. They told me that they were just a customer service, and had no contact with the credit card company. I was told that no money had been debited from my account, but later that evening when I checked my account balance, the money had been taken.

The company name I was supplied with was CCR. The contact number was 1-866-860-8661. When I finally reached the customer service at the following number, I was told that, after two weeks since the money had been taken, they claimed to not have verification that the money had debited.

I faxed my bank inquiry to verify, and was told that in 6-21 days I would receive a package consisting of a computer offer, a pre-approved application for a MasterCard with a $2500 spending limit, and etc. No refund or anything has been returned. CompuPlus is the name of the company who sends the package.
