Ripoff

Dalys ad states 160 hours of schooling and gurantees a cdl licence
after 3 weeks of schooling. I payed them $3170.00 for schooling. I failed my permit test because class was rushed to take permit test the first week of school because of christmas holidays. We were promised 1 week of class room, 1 week of yard training, 1 week of driving.

I finally got my driving permit and went back to school everyday just to be sent home because of lack of instructors, training truck was in the shop, the weather was too bad to train.

This went on into feburary still no schooling. I was forced to go back to work because of no income.in march dalys told me they could train me now for my cdl licence. I cannot quit my job now to just possibly be put off again. I ask for a partial refund.

I have contacted them by mail and by phone but no refund. They were surpose to give me 160 hours of training but recieved only 83 hours of schooling. To legally recieve your cdl licence you are to complete 160 hours of schooling. I have been ripped off.
