Ripoff—outrageous—false advertising—never forwards a receipt as the instructions states!

The company advertises music download of $79.95 annually, one time deal but has charged to my credit card 4x in 6 months for the amount of $79.95. There is no data for the address or phone number on the web site. I got the number from my credit card statement which is the number to an agency that collects payments for them. This agency provided me a reference number and phone number for this company. The web site is unreal because it does not allow you to submit and it doesn't label the boxes for inputting data. I have never used the service and vaguely remember signing up for this and would like a refund and cancellation of the prescription. This MUST be stopped!
