Ripoff cost me 448.00 for their 1.00 download

While looking on the internet for music downloads I signed up for a 1.00 music download. To my suprise four days later I was charged 48.00. At first I could not figure out what this company was because I signed up for music not any health company. The bank was unable to give me any information on this company. I am a working class mother living on a limited budget and the 48.00 caused a overdraft on my bank account. This caused 8 things in my account to overdraft causeing a 30.00 charge each time. My bank says this was not a bank error and will not refund any of my money. The charges continue to add up as the bills I had paid are staring to come in on my overdrafted account.

When I contacted this company after finding information on this website I was told they can only give me back my 48.00 and wanted my account # again. I refused to give the information again and they said because of this it will take 20 to 30 days to get my refund. I have filed a report with my bank and am still waiting. WE NEED TO STOP THIS COMPANY! If anyone still has the website address from where we signed up I would really like this information to see what can be done legally.
