Dropped from program after recieving government funding for classes I did not recieve RIPOFF

I was a student at this place they are a second rate school only teaching you minimal studies and not enough to get you into a job like they promise. A lot of students get dropped from the "program " during externship " when they work for free for a hospital and when you ask for your transcript they say that they threw out your records. I paid 10k to go here and I was racially and reigiouslly descriminated against. On top of it all I was cited for harrassing THEM about my school records!!!
