Ripoff! Would not give money back as stated in 30-day guarantee

During the past week, I have made several attempts to call Global Casting Network and get my money back to no avail. Each time I call, I am usually put on hold for up to 30 minutes.

Then, when I finally get a customer service representative (CSR), they get rude and refuse to start the process of getting my money back. After I'm polite and tell them I tried their service for three weeks or so with no success, and would like to get my money back — which they said I'm entitled to do within 30 days when I signed up.

Their CSR comes back with a reply, ranging from "Why don't you try the service for another week free-of-charge?", to "Let me work on your photos again and distribute them to employers in the area, " completely avoiding the fact that all I want is my money back.

I tried the service for over three weeks now, I've had absolutely no reply from any employers, and I don't want to "give it another try" or anything like that — all I want is my $140 back, and I'll go quietly into the night.

I have tried and tried constantly to get my money back, and they will simply not start the process of giving me my money back, doing everything in the book to avoid doing so. I say, "No, I'm sorry, I'm not interested... All I want is my money back, " about 10 times per phone call, getting unwanted responses in return each time, before I go insane and hang up on them.

I don't know, maybe I'll try again later and try that response 20 or 30 times and see if they keep coming up with responses or finally give up, but I am not paying that credit card charge.

I am willing to take other action against them, and will never do business with them again. Maybe you will have better luck getting work from them than I did, and won't want to get a refund, but if you do want a refund, good luck trying.
