FireWireDirect - Roy Stocker
Failure to pay court judgment

In 2000 a lawsuit was filed in CA Federal Court against FireWireDirect and its owner/director Roy Stocker. After almost 2 years a settlement was reached and FireWireDirect and Roy Stocker breached the settlement agreement within 3 months of the agreement.

A stipulated judgment was entered on my behalf be the Federal Court, and for the past 3 years I have been attempting to collect the judgment from FireWireDirect and Roy Stocker, but to no avail.

They have claimed they have no money to pay the settlement, make false offers to pay on term payments, etc.

Also in that 3 year period, Roy Stocker has started 2 other companies and he continue to claim he has no money to pay the settlement, AND, he continues to do business as FireWireDirect.com

I have been working with Dun&Bradstreet collections and a collection attorney in Austin, TX who are trying to collect from FireWireDirect and Roy Stocker but as of April 26 there have been no tangible results and Roy Stocker and FireWireDirect continue to do business online and with his other new companies.
