Attempting to solicite $20.00 from people for BOGUS prize drawing / to get your report of claim filed

I recieved a letter today;April 22 asking for $20.00 to help me collect over $3,341, 006.00 that was supposidly drawn in my name and remained uncollected as of this date.
I would suggest at least mailing back their postage paid envelope informing these people that they are creeps, that way you are at least using the postage these robbers paid for!!!
