Ripoff

Again another company that takes your money without notifying you that your subscription is about to expire. They expect you to log on everyweek to check your account but most of us do not have time to do that. Like myself I have just enough time to check emails. If they can email you everyday with matches why can't they email you when your subscription is about to expire?
