Ripoff dishonest company that Scammed me out of $7875.00 for real estate coaching

Hi, I admit it for the first time in my and my husbands life we were ripped off. We were contacted by Summit Consulting on behalf of Forclosure World to let them coach us on how to make money in real estate. Well after we joined there winning team I did not hear anything from them. They sent us some software and we were giving a coach with National Marketing Resources.

After three calls from the coach my husband and I began to relize we were not getting any information that we could not easily find on our own. So I called to cancel the course because in Summit Counselings sales pitch to us it was implied that we had a 30 day money back garantee. When I called for the refund of our $7,875.00 they told me that it was not a 30 day garantee it a 3 day. I was floored because if that would have been told to me I never would have handed over $7,875.00 to them.

We never recieved any kind of recipts from them they basically just took our money and then we were on our own.

The payment was giving to them on two different credit cards (opi other peoples money) and I was able to get $875.00 back from one company but the other says that since the $7,000.00 was done as a cash advance the recourse is a bit more difficult.

So I am hoping to recoup my $7,000.00. I have filed complaints to the BBB and FTC. Does anyone have any experience with this that could give me some ideas as to what else I can do. I can no longer get anyone a Summit Consulting to return my calls and Those are the only phone numbers I have. So if anyone has any info that would help me PLEASE let me know.
