Park Tax Ripoff! Fraud, possible consumer fraud, misrepresentation, employees not paid Lakewood and Long Beach

I was contacted via internet by Kahama Roberts who interviewed me and hired me as telemarketer in Lakewood and approved by V.P. Charlene who allegedly has been terminated.

I was transferred to Long Beach and my supervisors became Dina James, Randy, and Eric. I was supposed to paid hourly wage with appropriate tax deductions as I signed W-4.

From 3/14 through 4/9/05 this was supposed to be my status with them demanding where I was to report to work, AND what hours I was supposed to work.

As I had not been paid on alleged 5th and 20th paydays, I made reasonable inquiries. I was handled evasively by numerous staff persons at both Lakewood and Long Beach. Randy at Long Beach abused me repeatedly saying my check had been picked up by third parties and cashed and I was out of luck.

I made numerous call to alleged corporate office, and alleged CEO Floyd T. Anderson called me at Long Beach office screaming about me "harrasing" his staff regarding my pay, etc.

8 April I met with Walter Lewis alleging to be manager over all three branches and alleged corporate attorney Leon Jenkins. I was told they are not equipped to pay payroll according to tax laws and I would be an independant contractor. I have signed NO contract. This two alleged high level executives said they had no business card to give me. I am supposed to come back Monday in Lakewood regarding my pay.

As I was a telemarketer and forwarded to alleged supervisors, personal and property information, I fear some potential consumers may also become victims. I intend to alert my contacts so they may take appropriate legal action to protect themselves from potential consumer fraud.

Allegedly a member of Los Angeles County Sheriff Dept is an employee of the group (s)
