Kinito benifit services -credit estabishing companies ripoffs

This is another one of those stories " rip=offs " that just get you by the small hairs. Recently i was called by a relemarketer asking me if iwas interested in a credit card to pay all of my other cards with, i asked alot of questions like vwhat the apr was, what the credit limit would be, fixed or intro. You know things like that. After i felt satisfied i agreed to the offer. Thatsd when they hit me with the " pay by check in advance $197.00 at the time i was broke so they agreed to take a post dated check, this was on/or about 12/10, we postdated the check for 12/21. I hung up feeling uncomfortable, i knew that i was coming into some money and decided that i didn't want that much taken out of it. So i tryed to call this company with the toll free number they had given me, well of cource that number was invalid. And thats when my heart dropped. I called my bank on 12/14. And made a stop payment request on that check number and told them also that i feared this company may be fraudulant and under no cercumstances was any money to be released to them. I thought i had nipped this in the but... And again i was wrong. One month later as i am giong thru my jan statement i find the charge! I called my bank imediately (they had charged me $15.00 to stop the payment the month before) and asked them the meaning of this i had not given this "kinito" company my dibit numbers yet they had charged my account they left no toll free number like most legit companies do... Iwaited three weeks before i received any info from kinito only to find out that what they are is part of the 'ACH '??? Is any one out there familiar with this type of agency? What they do is search out possible credit card companies that you can apply to for credit cards to establish credit in the first place i have 2 on the list already and am not looking for another card with a $250.00 credit limit and the only way they gaurantee a refundf is after you apply to these companies and are approved, now mind you it musty be within 21 days of the response and of course everything must be in writing, yeah right! 1 they listed a toll free number in the materials that were sent but of course that seems be be an answering machine as well. As it stands i am at a loss. If there is any one else out there who has been taken advantage by this company or has any info that might me please file a report. Also i need info on these "ACH" companies it stands for "american clearing house " thanks and beware don't be taken advantage of this one to. It's called KINITO BENEFIT SERVICES THANKS FOR LETTING ME RANT
