Consumer Incentive Promotions
TheUseful.com Continual Evasion of Noting Completion of Promotions, Misinformation, RIPOFF, Deceitful, Scam

Education & Science

On February 9th I entered into a contract with Consumerincentivepromotions.com, fulfilling all of the six (6) required offers in the same day to receive a
free Macintosh Mini (a forty gigabyte harddrive). It seemed like a harmless investment, paying a nominal fee to companies monthly and I had faith that in their
(cons.inc. Prom.) verbage that it may take a week or two to have these companies confirm fulfillment of their offers which would in turn qualify and list me as
a recipient for a "FREE MACMini Harddrive."

For many weeks it noted that I had only completed 5 of the six offers, much like other people's accounts of the way in which this company eludes their responsibility in providing their patrons with which what they were promised.

After numerous emails, calls upon my part to all the vendors involved who I took out promotions with, those who are underwritten upon consumerincentivepromotions.com's name, I have spent a sum total of roughly $400 dollars with no compliance from the "company" named: Consumer Incentive Promotions.

Consumer Incentive Promotions, of Delray Beach, in numerous accts.in email, have consistently referred me back to their "redeem" page, noting that I have not completed all of the six offers required to claim a free mac-mini hard-drive. Upon my own emails, I have been given evasive emails that just refer me back to their website.

I have called the last company noted as the one that has not responded to cons.inc. Prom. (consumer incentive promotions) company as having completed their requirements, that in turn would make my claim sound/valid, yet they (petcarerx.com) continue to
claim that they have notified consumer promotions promotions.com of my fulfillment of their promotion (and I believe it based on the history/accounts of this company's abuse of their patrons); however, Cons.inc.Pro. Continues to claim my incompleteness of the offers, saying that I must complete one more promotion: the petcarerx.com offer.

After the noted eight week time period, the one in which cons.inc. Prom. Claims the longest it would take for a company to respond, I was then referred to another website: (TheUseful.com) which now has no trace of my presence/email, hence making my offers nil, thus making all the money invested for naught.

I am serious about creating some class-action lawsuit to hold the responsible parties liable to their blatant disregard and disrespect of decent business practices. It is not so much about the product I was to receive, but more of the principle, and the knowledge to know that I am not alone. I hope this forum will help address this company's victimization of those who in good faith trusted that their investments would not go uncredited, unaccounted for and completely ignored!
