Guess what? TCRM's attorneys served us with papers and bogus accusations for telling the truth! Has anyone heard about free speech... We stated only the truth. Nothing was in writing for the outragous terms they switched on us at the very end of the loan process.

We have contacted Eliot Spitzers office, Atty, General of N.Y. And several consumer advocate groups and a criminal attorney we know... We will not allow them to prevent us from telling exactly what happened to us to help others from getting stung too... Glad to write report stating that we were given money turned over to them for a different loan, before they decided to change it completely, plus time and effort, digging through paperwork they demanded... Etc..$2500..

We are very familiar with the legal process and look forward to this ridiculous frivolous charge... Keep on guys—The big guys can't win... You have to fight back—and WE ARE
