No, still no check has come from these people.interesting how it's a small world when you are looking for a loan on line especially. We thought they were wonderful when we first began dealing with them, then it was bam. Whole different situation completely. Different interest rate (Higher naturally) lender would in essence own the land at 90% ownership and could just blow us away. Sounded fishy to us.

You have to really be stupid. So instead of them doing the right thing and sending our money back and the money they made on the land appraisal (a lawyer friend told us that is illegal incidentally) we want damages too.

When we get the $2500 the usacomplaints. Coms will stop, but want to alert unsuspecting people out there especially the ones who are having a hard time getting a loan, to be careful. Thanks for the support.
