Ripoff took my money, won't return calls, all phones, fax, and e-mails disconnected not registored with Miramar City. Was Weston, Florida Then Moved To Mirama

I payed INCatalog $5,800.00 (A.K. A Mr.& Mrs Diamond) to represent my products, design a sales brochure, and submit my products to a Minimum of 50 catalogs. They talked about some t.V. Productions company they were connected with.

I had to make constent calls and e-mails to find out what was going on with my products, possible sales, & customers. After they got my money they were to busy for me. It took them 4 months to put together a brochure / 5 page catalog.

I asked for an extension on the contract because it was for a year and it took 4 months to get the catalog together. I got verbal guarantee's not to worry about it they would do it from the time the catalog was printed. They sent me nothing in writing.

About every month and a half I contacted them to see what was going on because they never let me know unless I bugged them. I have a signed contract with them that states they will submit my product to 50 mail order company's. I asked for proof I recieved one in the fall at the time the original contract would have run out with 27 names. I reminded them in Dec or Jan of this year that the contract stated 50.

A week later after I had to e-mail them AGAIN I recieved a list of other contacts they say they mailed my products info to. That was early Jan. 2005 I hadn't heard from them since and I started getting a bad feeling. Monday March 14, I tried calling them. The phones and fax #'s that I have had been disconnected. They won't responed to my over 12 e-mails and pleas to contact me.

I found out they are not registered with Miramar, Florida as a business. (thru Occupational Licences in Miramar Florida) They are Not a member of the Better Business Bearue or Chamber of Commerce.

They are not listed as the renters of the suite they have listed and are not located at the addresses they give to people. The Owners of the property " Liberty Properties " stated that INCatalog, Inc. Does not operate in their bulding and never has.

I asked if a John kyle rents from them and was told yes, suite 500. John N. Kyle II is in the suite next door. He is the person listed as the owner of INCatalog, Inc with the State of Florida's Division of Corporations. He operates Tiger Eye Broadcasting, and is the owner of INCATALOG, Inc from Records registored with the State of Floridas Corporate Division.

John N Kyle II is also listed as a member of I.H.R.A. (Int. Housewares Reps Assc.) as a new 2004 member: Company he represents (INCatalog, Inc.)

Employees Christine Vanderwyde and Larry Sealfron who won't return my e-mails were in charge of my account. Mr Diamond was the one I talked with and reasured me I would have enough money buy the time they sold my products that I could have a flat screened t.V.in every room of my house. I told them i just wanted to sell enough to help put my 2 girls and son threw college. They stoled from me and my family, and I won't go down with out a fight!

I have Made NO sales thru in Catalog. I know there were 2 stores with catalogs interested thru contact I made my self when I suspected My reps were scamming me. They were on the list of interested companies. I called them and they wanted my products but couldn't get ahold of INCatalog because of disconnected phones.info that was printed on my catalog by INCatalog and now are disconnected!

I have filed complaints with the State Attourny Generals office, Better Business and Broward Co. Consumer affairs dept, My Next step is 20/20 and 60 minutes.
