Ripoff This place is terrible They just want your money and they don't care about you

I attended Kaplan University for 8 months before transferring to AIU Online. What a huge mistake!!! AIU Online is the biggest rip-off I have ever seen. The people that work there, mainly the academic advisors, have no clue what is going on. They were full of promises when I first started but as soon as they got the money forget it. My first, notice I said first, academic advisor had all of my records and credits that were transfered. He had a schedule all made up for me and a projected graduation date. He had me take a clep exam which cost me $85 so that I would have an extra 6 credits and I could graduate at a certqain time. My next advisor had no record of my transferring credits or the clep exam that I took. He wanted me to contact my last college and get my transcripts because he couldn't do it.

My graduation date is now in jeopardy - my advisor is still lost-and it is costing me much more than kaplan university did. I would not recommend this college to anyone!!! I will be transferring back to kaplan.
