Mychoice Rewards ripoff last one wont go through

On dec 17, i signed up for a free robosaphian. I completed the 3 offers, but only 2 are going through. I have written back and only get an automated response saying to send in the info, which i have.
I can not contact this company, besides email.
This is fraud in my opinion and something needs to be done.
