Ripoff recruited me into school with promises of school tuition paid and a job after graduation a contract broken by them and Trying to garnish my wages

My boy friend recently was recruited into a C1training program. The recuter was Rip Charles, a convicted felon which Rip was well aware of! They checked his background and only 1 charge showed up. Let him know there were more than that 1 charge. Because of charges Rip said he couldn't get a company to hire him and pay the tuition. He had tryed all of them to take him on.

No company would hire him after they ran the background check. Which Rip was already well aware of past felonys prior to the truck companys own background check. We gave up on the whole thing since no company would hire him.

Rip Charles contacted us A number of more times finally he calles again and says USA trucking co Has decided that they would hire. He was now elligable 4 C1's program! Finishes his 3 week college course with gpa of 98.8 but on the last day of school the day tuition is due and the day to get your CDL The school officials informed him C1 and USA has said no!

So he was kicked out of school and wouldn't be able to get any of his certificates because C1&USA was not paying! ASU gave him the option to pay it his self and he would then get his certificates and his liscence. Then called me I put the$985.00He needed into the bankaccount and he wrote a check to ASU paying the entire tuition and schooling.

Now C1 is threatening they are going to guarnish his wages when he goes to work saying falsified documents when he did no such thing! Rip Charles there so called recuitor knew all to be known which they say lied about which infact he did not It is Just some scam mumbo jumbo lupe hole they are trying to pull to make us pay $4995.00 Which is not owed to them they never paid the 1st cent on school fees infact they were the the ones whom truely are in breach of contract! Get away with their bad buissness practices!

They are out here and on the internet Conning THE ones that don't know no better. I know better. We are not wealthy, scrape to get by but they and other rip off companys like them just try to make us even poorer. How can a person like my boyfriend who is living right doing right but was a wild youngster who done stupid things and payed the price for it by incarsciration. But has not been in any kind of trouble at all in over 10 years and does nothing but try to provide an honest living for his family is paying all over again because companys like c1 are ripping them off and keeping them from being able to work!

The poor like us get poorer and the Rich conartist keep getting richer and taking us honest hard working people for every penny we mioght make please help us if any can! This is not fair that they think there above the law and that they are in the right that they can steal us blind please if any one can help it would be greatly appreciated
