Ripoff At first they sent nothing then after 60 days of complaining they sent what they said they would and told me that it was past the date to qualify for a refund

This is a certified scam as far as I'm concerned because they sure do know how to delay past the 60 days. They say they guarantee a refund if you are refused a credit card. They send you through regular bank channels that you can do locally at no cost to get your denial.
