Wheresmyrebate Rebate ripoff

I ordered a Smart SD card from ecost.com and sent in all required rebate information for a $20 rebate. Later I received an email that it was denied due to missing UPC. This company cannot be contacted by email. You may only contact them by telephone using a toll number. This number is either busy or if lucky to get though, it rings over 10 times before getting disconnected. I tried to get through over 100 times at differnt times of the day over a three day period. Twice I did get through only to be on hold for over 25 minutes each time. It ended up costing me almost as much for the phone calls as the rebate so I gave it up.

This company makes it so difficult to contact it that you will give up and they will not need to honor legitamate rebate submissions. Beware purchasing anything with a rebate that is processed through this company.
