Getting really impatient with these people

Okay this is how it goes. On Jan the 29th my husband went to our local Ace check cashing to fill out the application for Com South. He was told to wait 3-7 days then call the 800 number to get our phone number we did just that.

When we called we were asked to verfiy the address and they had it wrong, we got that corrected. Then told to wait another 3 days. We waited then called and was told they needed physcial address we gave them that. I don't know but these people have there heads in there &.

I called on Feb the 14th to be told again they needed directions to the house and the closest neighbors phone number. This makes the 8th time we have given them this info.

The only problem I have with this company is they need to get all information the first time you call them and it would speed things up alittle faster and they would not have so much to do and this would not give them a bad name.
