Ripoff! Fraud! Scam! Liars! This company does NOT follow through with what they say they will do

This company does NOT follow through with what they say they will do. Our Customer Service Rep (Kevin Johnson) NEVER returns phone calls as a matter of fact since we signed the contract he has yet to return even one phone call out of about 20 that we have made to him.

WARNING: This company likes to take funds out of your bank account & then tells you a crock on why they took the money out. Our Customer service rep (Kevin) was supposed to have sent back some equipment so we wouldn't have gotten charged, he failed to do so, WE got charged $400.00 and now their customer service (by phone) claims we cannot get those funds back into our account until our rep (Kevin) returns the equipment, that's hard to do when he won't even return our phone calls.

About a week and a half ago this company called us to make a one cent ($0.01) transaction to make sure everything was working properly and they charged US $7.76 for doing so!

This company is a scam, as of to date, we have been taken for almost $700.00 in only one month! Small businesses beware!!
