Ripoff Charging my credit card after services were requested discontinued

This company was contacted to stop services. They waited one month and charged my credit card for their product without request or consent of $55.90 this put me over limit and more charges were incured by card company.

When I contacted credit card company they told me that this company does this all the time! Skip a month so you think that they have stopped and then start billing again! Who do they think they are? This has got to be illegal! I have waited upto 45 minutes waiting for a representitive and never spoke to anyone. What can I do to stop them Permantly?
