Ripoff Order Placed 5mths ago. No item, No refund

An item was purchased by credit card on 10/31/04. On 12/21/04 we contacted that no item was received. We attempted to cancel order. Received an e-mail that a 'credit voucher' would be sent. No refund, no item.

We assume that this company uses the nature of their business to take money and provide no items or refunds. They feel that no one will dare to complain as they sell sex toys.

As a happily married couple of many, many years we have no problem complaining about a rip off company who sells such items. $16.99 is not a lot of money to most, however no one should have to throw away any amount of money to a possibly multi-billion dollar a year rip off!
