Ripoff! Phone scam to small business

This fraudulent company called us on our business line asking if we'd like a small business loan. They knew a lot of info about us already.??? I;d like to know how they had that! Anyway, they said they just wanted to send us info and said it would be 399.00 dollar one time set up fee after we filled out forms.
Then my husband replied that he did not want to sign up for anything! She says to him "oh no, youre not we will just send you info". That was the end of the call. We have not gotten any info, but we have gaotten charged 369.00 and 29.95 so far. We are very upset and intend to do whatever it takes to get our money back from these low life scum scam artist. And we mean anything!!!
