Rebate ripoff

I purchased a Hewlett Packard Computer on 12/18/04 at BEST BUY in Scranton, PA. The reason for this particular purchase was the substantial rebate.

I sent in all the required forms and documentation as the instructions indicated in a timely fashion.

Today, 2/7/05, I received a postcard saying that the original UPC code was not included. It was included. Each UPC code was cut off the appropriate box.

However, at the time I sent in the rebates, there were 4 separate forms, one for the monitor, hard drive, printer and Norton Anti-virus.

They did not tell me which UPC code is incoprrect so I don't have an idea as to how to correct it. This is A SCAM. There isn't even a phone number to contact them.
