Herbert at New Healthy Savings in Florida was contacted 2-4-05 to cancel any/all "Membership" per previous website agreement information there was to be a charge of $1 for "Membership, to which he replied, "Did you check page 3 of agreement?".
Herbert indicated he would file for reversal of charges against the Debit Card.
