Wanted rebuild my credit and just lied!

I want to rebuild my credit and this particular credit card was offering so called much more but i have yet to even see the card. I know i haven't been got for alot of money. But i work hard for the little money i have and i still have bills to pay. So it's like this card is only selling pipe dreams. I just want my money back.
