Took the money & left me with worthless plastic cards!

I would like to report OneSet Price aka RPM as committing Consumer Fraud.

I didn't want to believe that these people were ripping me off, but I can't find them anymore & their phone#s don't work... I've waited to be contacted by the attorney that they gave us to register for the class action lawsuit, but I can't find him either!

In a recent search on the Internet, I discovered your site and this is when I discovered that it may still be going on but in a different state! I thought I must make a report in hopes of preventing others from getting sucked into this & maybe I can also get some help to recover some of my 14K.

We were solicited by OneSet Price via phone & mail to attend this Build your own Business Seminar back in August. They made the returns sound great & the process sound simple - with alot of help promised by them.

We checked with BBB before investing. No flags went up. They were also ssociated with AT&T and Level3 which made us feel like this was a solid company with great ideas & a lot of potential.

Anyway, we intended to invest the minimum amount but they succeeded in talking us into more, so as a result we lost 14K of our savings - not to mention the other expenses that we have accrued.

The rest is public knowledge as Radiant ceased to supply the service to OneSet Price due to outstanding payment by OneSet Price and on Feb 26th they filed a lawsuit against Radiant. They emphasized that we (the distributors) should NOT take action against OneSet Price as Radiant was the culprit and they would go after them and let us know when we could participate as distributors, so I waited.

I have since tried calling many of the various numbers that OneSet Price in Orlando had provided but they are all disconnected.

I have called 411 to get a phone # for Mr. Gerald Burton Esq. The attorney they told us to register with to be included in the lawsuit. I have checked on the Orange County clerk web site & put in the case # CA-001814-O which they gave me in the last email I received on 6/16 to check on the progress of the suit against Radiant - but there is no action scheduled & no amount of $ listed.

I have not received any calls from anyone regarding the class action lawsuit.

I have boxes of worthless plastic calling cards sitting in the corner of my room, not to mention other expenses.

Please advise me if there is anyway that I can recoup at least some of the $14,000 we have lost to this company & please don't let anyone else get scammed by them.
