I'll happily refund your investment and wish you the best."

It seems like you might be able to get a refund. NOT A CHANCE!

If you were his mother he would not give you back your money. If you think that there is any small chance that you will receive a refund - FORGET IT! Never happen! NEVER!

He sends you a lawyers letter stating any lame, b.S. Excuse that he can come up with to not give a refund. For example, forget the words "can't lose" and "totally risk-free", what LIES!

The lawyer states That you MUST TAKE SIX MONTHS, you can not return the materials before then. You MUST put it to the test, and send Proof that you did to them. Proof which they probably will not accept. Proof of anything is not mentioned in their guarantee, anywhere!

Their guarantee is conditional not unconditional says JOE DAH LAWYER, and this is clearly explained after they have taken your money! After you've done what they suggested and lost money doing so. Now they want you to jump through hoops, do three sumersaults and kiss a frog, and send them a video documentary of it!

Remember this is the point where you're so pissed off that you throw almost everything having to do with this business away because you're tired of losing money and looking at this stuff! You just want to recover something, like the money that you spent to buy this crap in the first place. And now they want what? Yea right!
