Ripoff somehow they charge me $14.95 on my credit card every month maybe it began with Vistaprint order Hartford

All i can say is i keep calling these people but don't see what i could have ordered to have them charging me $14.95 every month. This is getting annoying, and when I call them and put in my info it says i cancelled in so somehow more recent cancellations are not taking.
