Ripoff billing for services not solicited, ordered or agreed to

NewHealthy Savings sent a billing notice as Sgada.com (Simpligada Consultants Limited) notifying me of my internet purchase and that it had been approved. When I replied that I was not aware of the purchase and to send me the name of the company they are doing the billing for? They sent a second email identifying NewHealthy Savings and an 800 number to call. I did and talked to a Mr. Ben Parker, (most likely an alias), I raised hell and asked where they were doing business from. Ben said that he was in New York, NY. I asked for the address and business owner's name and to speak to him, the reply was that neither could happen.

I suggested that I am contacting the state atty. General and that all charges better be credited and my name better dissappear from their scam. I asked Ben if he was aware of the scam he was involved in. He replied he understood my problem and that my account was taken off their list and no further billing would happen. I replied that any credits that need to be applied he needed to get it done. Be aware!
