Ripoff Bogus fax to Kevin Batesman of Collon UT not us invoicing $6,000.00 no fax numbe

We received a fax this morning of a 9-page "invoice" from Forsythe Data Equipment Co., addressed to "Kevin Batesman" of "Collon, UT" (this business is in Massachusetts and no "Kevin Batesman" has any connection with us), alleging we ordered 15 business record lists "randomly pulled" at $400.00 apiece. (We are a patent law office and have no use for such a business list.) Much of the "invoice" contains a form for "Credit Application;" it is unclear even what the service or product is they think they're selling. We did not order anything from them nor have we heard of them. BBB of Eastern Washington, North Idaho and Montana has a report on them but was (as usual) unable to email/fax/contact BBB serving Massachusetts ("connection refused"). It would be very helpful if consumer complaints could supply a fax number and we could fax the offending invoice to you.
